Pass KBDFLAGS_EXTENDED1 flag for FP scancode events

The current fastpath code for scancode events is not mapping the FASTPATH_INPUT_KBDFLAGS_EXTENDED1 flag to the KBDFLAGS_EXTENDED1 flag.
