The Latvian keyboard corresponding to code 0x426 is totally different
from the keyboard for 0x10426 (Latvian(QWERTY)) and 0x20426
(Latvian(Standard)). We set up new definitions for 0x426 and 0x10426 and
symlink 0x20426 to 0x10426.
Colemak is unusual in that it doesn't have a Caps Lock key.
This means we don't need to generate capslock sections in the keymap
file. We add a flag to the keymap file [General] section to indicate
these sections are missing.
A change is also made to the way the Dvorak keymap file (00010409) is
generated, for consistency with Colemak.
This patch will add the keyboard layout identifier for the Programmer
Dvorak keyboard layout, so that if a Windows client has that layout
active, it will be mapped to the corresponding xkeyboard-config layout
in the X server.
An XFreeRDP client knows about this layout too, and will correspondingly
map it to the identifier given here, making the layout propagate
correctly through X-to-X connections as well.
To replicate the full Windows keyboard layout several options have to
be set as well as the main layout. To avoid having these options spill
over to other layouts that are dumped, the old settings are stored
before the dump and then restored afterwards.
