matt335672 0f2dc88541 sesman: Remove unused authentication methods
The Kerberos module and pam_userpass modules are now unused:

1) On all supported systems, PAM provides a far superior way to
   integrate Kerberos support.
2) The pam_userpass module (https://github.com/openwall/pam_userpass)
(which is a lovely idea) is no longer maintained.

Matthias Klumpp f581d8ead7 pam: debian: Explicitly include pam_limits for xrdp sessions
This is required, as on Debian, pam_limits is not automatically included
for common sessions, and only for "login" sessions and session managers.
So, xrdp has to include it explicitly to make limits take effect.

See https://wiki.debian.org/Limits for details.

BLINDAUER Emmanuel 2af2e032c3 Add the loginuid pam module, as we are starting a session.
So /proc/<uid>/loginuid will be filled by the uid of the user.
This will fix entries in 'last' with "gone - no logout" instead of
'still logged in'

Mosakuji Hokuto 4ff968bc98 Update pamdir_suse to accommodate with TW pam.d move (#2413)
On newer builds of openSUSE tumbleweed the path of pam.d has moved from
/usr/etc/pam.d to /usr/lib/pam.d, which prevents install script to
correctly guess pam rules. Updating path in mkpamrules solves the
problem.

Installing a file referring to common-auth is of no use if that file
doesn't exit.

Don't use "password" entry, xrdp doesn't ever change user password.
